From the front desk who offered personalized recommendations to the housekeeping staff who maintained impeccable cleanliness, the attention to detail was exceptional. Yes, evening treats every night!!! One of the highlights of this boutique hotel is its fantastic location, just five blocks away from the Grand Plaza. A short walk to a variety of restaurants, bars, and more. This made it convenient to explore the vibrant surroundings, visit popular landmarks, and indulge in the local culture. The hotel itself was a haven of tranquility, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. There's not much to not like. Perhaps, the restaurant menu was limited but we ate out most of the time. Breakfast was included with just a few options and mostly local cuisine. But not a big deal, really...

Delightful stay for a couple and a group of friends
The breakfast was fantastic. There were several options to choose from and everything was made to order. They even remember the food allergies of some of the people in our group and avoided those items. We really enjoyed the onsite spa facilities and the private jacuzzis in our suite. The live music in the evening was a nice bonus to enjoy a drink and meal on the terraza. The rooms were well appointed with luxury bath products and very comfortable bedding. We will definitely return to Hotel El Carmel.

Amazing romantic and stylish place, perfect for couples
Amazing place. Spectacular room and facilities, elengantly decorated and perfect for a romantic date. The suites with the hot tub in the terrace are just a gem. However, the best was people, everyone so attentive and willing to fulfill any request. We had a great time and for sure will come back
